We want you to be satisfied with every HABITZ order.

• Ready-stock products may be returned within 7 days of delivery if unused, unwashed, and in original condition with tags.
• Customized / personalized products are not eligible for return unless there is a manufacturing defect.
• Defective items should be reported within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos.
